Delivery Service:
Delivery is carried out by DPD and DHL.
Shipping Duration:
All our products are ready to be shipped to you. It takes about 5-7 business days for your order to be dispatched. For more information on the delivery time of a specific product, please refer to the respective product page.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to easily track the progress of your package.

If you receive a package that does not contain all the items, don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten half of it! Sometimes we do ship packages separately, so you don’t have to wait too long for everything due to different production times. The rest of your order should also arrive soon. Packaging and Partial Deliveries:
Your order is packed with utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you still find any damage to your item, please contact our customer service. For shipments with multiple items from different product categories, the packaging may vary out of love for the environment if it can be packaged in fewer individual shipments.
Zasilkovna and Postal Drop-offs
Shipping to a Zasilkovna within Czech Republic is possible. Please make sure to enter your postal number in the “Address addition/Company” field. Please enter the term “Zasilkovna” and the number of your Zasilkovna in the “Street and House Number” field.
If the DHL delivery person cannot find you at the delivery address and cannot leave the package with a designated recipient, you will receive a notification card. With this card, you can pick up your package at the specified branch by presenting an ID within a storage period of 7 working days. If you do not collect the package within this period, or if DHL cannot find you on a repeated delivery attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouse as undeliverable.
Delivery Problems:
A return to us can have several reasons, such as an incomplete or unknown address, several unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or failure to pick it up at the postal station within the specified period. But don’t worry, just let us know at [email protected] if you want your items to be sent again and whether you would like to choose an alternative address. We will take care of it immediately.
The shipping time of your order depends on the production process of the items you ordered. We mostly work with the “on demand” system. This means your order is produced individually for you; therefore, delivery takes a little longer than ready-to-ship stock goods. Depending on the item category, it can take up to 30 working days until everything is ready for shipping.
As soon as the item is on its way, we automatically send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please check:
- Has our email ended up in your spam folder?
- What email address did you provide when placing the order (for registrations via Facebook, for example, we send your updates to the email address you use on Facebook)?
- If you can’t find the message in any corner of your mailbox, feel free to contact our customer service at [email protected] They will take care of you.
Tracking Number Not Working:
Don’t worry! For freshly shipped packages, it can take up to 24 hours for newly uploaded tracking numbers to be activated.
Such an error message usually appears in the form of “The shipment 123456789 is currently unknown to us” or “There is currently no information available for the shipment number 123456789”, but don’t panic, your treasures will arrive.
However, if you continue to have problems after 24 hours, please contact our customer support at [email protected] and they will take care of you.
If you have received a shipment tracking number but the package has been stuck at the same place for several days and cannot find its way to you, our customer fairies will be happy to take care of it – just let us know. We will contact DHL for you and keep you informed about every step.
Lost Package:
